Orquesta Típica Julian Peralta
Buenos Aires. Centro Cultural Kirchner
Composer and pianist Julián Peralta stands at the vanguard of contemporary tango. His performance tonight is exciting and full of force (“polenta” as porteños would say). Several singers parade trough the stage adding their own color to the instruments.
Peralta created and directed the Orquesta Típica Fernández Fierro, is on the faculty of the Escuela de Música Popular de Avellaneda. He performed at Ópera de Praga y el Konzerthaus de Vienna. En 2010 he arranged the music for “Romeo y Julieta” en Londres.
